The Duke Blue Devils are due for a national title. The haters (no one bigger than myself, mind you), have enjoyed Duke’s misery, and well, Duke not winning the national title, for the last decade. This program has fielded the likes of the Zion super team, Marvin Bagley, Paolo Banchero, and Cooper Flagg and co. So many awesome teams that have not been able to win the big one, and it’s been glorious. It truly has. With the new era of NIL, Duke has shown they are going to spend spend spend to keep them as arguably top program in the country. A combination of elote freshman mixed with the 5 stars they retained from the last couple years. They owned Michigan in Washington DC. Like any evil empire, the Yankees, Lakers, etc, they never seem to go away. The Cinderella killer. We Duke haters have had a good run, but I fear this year it comes to an end. Let’s all pray for a Duke loss.
